Refund policy

We do perform refund in a form of store credit or exchange.

To return an item, original invoices must be included with return items. All items must be unworn, unwashed with clothing tags still attached. We will not accept any packages that does not meet these requirements.

Customers will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return items. 

When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 10-15 days to process your store credit. Once your return has been processed you will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card via email. Store credits covers original purchasing price and tax fees.

Please keep your return package tracking number. We will only issue credit for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. 

We do not accept returns for the following items

  • White color items
  • Body Suits
  • Sale Items
